Parag is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com.) from University of Mumbai.

He has secured All India Rank 1st in Diploma in International Tax (DIIT) course conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is also a rankholder (AIR 29) at intermediate level.

His skills include tax efficient restructuring, regulatory advisory, international tax implications on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing planning, and litigations.

He has advised & assisted multinational groups, Indian promoter groups and individuals in internal & external restructuring, transfer pricing planning, setting-up business establishment in India & representing before various tax & regulatory authorities.
